Times on the day:

Important Update for Cape Town Walkers: The City Council has asked us to change our times for the start of the actual walk on the promenade. We have had to make slight changes to the day’s schedule. However, we plan on having more fun in the morning with family games first, and we invite you to come hang out with our Life Child children as they perform two songs before we start the walk. See below for updated times. 

CAPE TOWN
Times:
10:30 am: Family Fun Games
11 am: Check-in and Registration opens (T-shirt/Hoodie Collection)
11:30 am: Registration Closes, Opening Ceremony, Raffle Prizes, Life Child children perform, warm-up.
12 pm: Walk Starts

PRETORIA
8:30am: registration and check-in open.
9am-10am: walk
10:30 am- 11:30 am: Fitness workout
11:30am-13:30pm: picnic with karaoke

Refreshments, food, and other activities will be available before and after the walk.

*Virtual walks can take place any time during the day.

Dress code:

Please wear your Life Child Walk For Little Feet t-shirt.

Alternatively, when you register, you will receive an email with the Life Child logo; you are welcome to have it printed on any white or orange T-shirts of your own.   Please only wear orange & white.

Please download and print race number.  Your registration confirmation number will be your race number.
