Join us for a 5km walk on Saturday 16 September 2023.

Registration Fee Online (Discounted fee):

Adults R50/ Teenagers (13-17 years) R20 / Children (0-12 years) FREE

*Unaccompanied teen (13-17 years old) individual participants, please print and get signed the requested Parent/Guardian consent form, download and bring on the day.

Compulsory Registration online. Registration opens June 2023 until 15 September 2023. 

Unfortunately, no refunds – If the race cannot be walked, you are welcome to substitute to another person or attend a virtual walk in your area.

Times on the day:

9am Registration opens & t-shirt collection
10am Walk starts
11-1pm Prize giving

Refreshments, food, and other activities will be available before and after the walk.

*Virtual walks can take place any time during the day.

Dress code:

Please wear your Life Child Walk For Little Feet t-shirt.

Alternatively, when you register, you will receive an email with the Life Child logo; you are welcome to have it printed on any white or orange T-shirts of your own.   Please only wear orange & white.

Please download and print race number.  Your registration confirmation number will be your race number.
