Join us for a 5km walk on Saturday 26 October 2024.

Dress code:

Please wear your Life Child Walk For Little Feet t-shirt/ hoodie.

Alternatively, when you register, you will receive an email with the Life Child logo; you are welcome to have it printed on any white or orange T-shirts of your own. Please only wear orange & white.

Unfortunately, no refunds – If the race cannot be walked, you are welcome to substitute for another person or attend a virtual walk in your area.

Early bird Registration Fee (Discounted fee) ends on 30th September 2024:

Registration Fee from 1st October 2024:

Adults R80 / Teenagers (13-17 years) R40 / Children (0-12 years) FREE

*Unaccompanied teen (13-17 years old) individual participants, please print and get signed the requested Parent/Guardian consent form, download and bring it on the day.

PRICES FOR THE PRETORIA COMMUNITY WALK: FREE but donations are welcome. For our community walk, we will be joining in with the Park Run. Once you have registered here on the walk website, we will register you on the Park Run website and send your final instructions closer to the time.

Start times on the day:

CAPE TOWN Community Walk starts at 10 am.

Registration opens at 9 am.

Note: The option to pre-order T-shirts for the Cape Town Walk is now closed. If you missed out, there will be a limited amount of orange Adult-size T-shirts only for sale at the walk.

PRETORIA Community Walk starts at 8 am.

VIRTUAL WALKS can take place any time during the day.
